I have been in the mortgage, banking and real estate industries for over 25 years. During that time I have become one of the top lenders in Colorado. You will witness and be a part of my commitment to excellence and developing a top-notch team with the same values. The team’s mission: We make dreams come true. We do what we say we will do. We are dedicated to each other and to our clients’ success. I enjoy spending time with my wife Barbara and two sons Mark 10 and Eric 7. We enjoy spending time riding bikes, going to the mountains, sledding, hiking and snowshoeing. In general, we love the great outdoors. Please join us in the process of making your dream come true. Alan and I have enjoyed a decade of excellence working together. We approach you and your loan scenario as unique. We want to understand the priorities of your present financial needs. Our commitment to quality service is reflected by the time we spend to get to know you. My personal interests always include the outdoors and fitness...whether it is hiking, skiing, snow shoeing or golfing (something I have recently taken up). When it is possible to include my two teenagers in any of these activities the fun just multiplies. My responsiblities during the loan process are to insure that your application is complete. I want to make sure you feel comfortable each step of the way. Please call with any questions or concerns you may have. I may be calling you frequently to help you with your questions, completing your loan application and coordinating your closing.

I have enjoyed working with the Wyngarden team for 4 years and have been in the mortgage business for 16 years. Our team is unique in the quality of customer service we provide. Our clients are considered our friends and are treated very special. Our number one priority is providing you with a "fast and painless" closing! My personal interests include spending quiet time with my husband Robert and 5 Children, working in the yard and reading a variety of books. My favorites are mystery and history. I have worked in the banking and the financial industry for 25 years. My focus has been, administration, collections, insurance and asset verification. This brings real depth to your lending process. I enjoy reading, gardening and spending time with my husband Ron and children Griff 27, Roderick 20 & Samantha 14. I assist Alan during the process and will be answering his phone if he is not available to take your call.
